Job Description Responsibilities and Duties: * Auditing of closed and ongoing tickets. * Manage the entire customer experience life cycle and collect relevant data points * Ensure customers queries are adequately addressed. * Main focus will be to ensure customer delight. * Become a problem solver to improve processes to solve current and future customer pain points. * Analyze customer needs & concerns & sharing customer experience report with internal teams to improve customer experience. * Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate * To understand customer voice from customer prospective & capture key customer issues . Required Experience and Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English * Patient and empathetic with good interpersonal skills. * Ability to think out of the box * Excellent client facing skills and the ability to work/ communicate with clients * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
